How the subsidy is built up
₹30,000 per kW for the first 2 kW, ₹18,000 for the 3rd kW, hard cap ₹78,000. A 5 kW or 10 kW system still receives ₹78,000 — not more.

The central rooftop subsidy is credited to your bank account after installation and inspection. We register the application, coordinate the DISCOM net-metering, and follow the file until the money lands.

Under PM Surya Ghar the central subsidy is credited to your bank account after installation, DISCOM inspection and commissioning — typically a few weeks after the file is complete. We confirm the applicable slab in writing before you pay anything.
Net metering lets your meter run backwards when you export surplus generation, so daytime excess offsets night-time consumption. For any on-grid rooftop system it is essential, and we handle the DISCOM application and meter change.
Generation drops on heavily overcast days but does not stop. We size annually, so surplus in the dry months carries your monsoon shortfall through net metering rather than leaving you short.
Only after the wiring and board are assessed. We do a load calculation and check terminations, breaker ratings and earthing first — adding generation to unsafe wiring is how equipment gets damaged.
Earthing is what carries a fault current away from a person. Inverters and panels also need proper earthing for surge protection. We install and test earthing pits rather than assuming what is already there works.
Scheduled panel cleaning, generation review against expected yield, inverter fault log check, and thermal inspection of the distribution board with a written report. Scope and response times are fixed in the contract.
Staged against milestones — advance on order, balance on material delivery and commissioning. The itemised bill of materials is attached to the quote so you know exactly what each stage buys.
A typical residential rooftop takes two to four days on site once material arrives; DISCOM inspection and subsidy processing run in parallel afterwards. Industrial work is scheduled around your shutdown window.
Credentials
ALMM compliance. We quote only ALMM-listed panels and inverters, so your subsidy file cannot be rejected on hardware. Make, model and list reference go into the quote before you pay anything.
Licence, GST and Udyam registration numbers are shared with every quotation and on request over WhatsApp or a call.
