Solar Solutions

We size a system against your actual consumption and your roof's real shading, then run the net-metering and subsidy files ourselves.

01 / Scope

What we actually do on site.

1.1

Load study and shading survey

Twelve-month consumption review plus on-site shadow logging, so the kW figure is earned rather than guessed.

1.2

System design and BOM

Single-line diagram, structure design for local wind loads, and an itemised bill of materials with make and rating.

1.3

Installation and commissioning

Mounting, DC and AC runs, inverter, protection and earthing — installed by our own team, not sublet.

1.4

Net metering and subsidy

DISCOM application, meter change, inspection coordination and the PM Surya Ghar claim followed until credit.

1.5

Monitoring

Baseline yield recorded at commissioning so under-generation is visible early, not a year later.

1.6

Cleaning and AMC

Scheduled panel cleaning and generation review, with response commitments in writing.

02 / Single-line

How the solar circuit is drawn before it is built.

Live AC/DC path in amber · isolators shown at every disconnect point

  1. PV array — ALMM-listed modules, series strings
  2. String inverter — MPPT, IEC 62109 protection
  3. AC combiner / isolators — Manual DC & AC disconnects
  4. Net meter — Bidirectional, DISCOM-sealed
  5. DISCOM grid — Export / import
  6. House load — Existing distribution board

03 / Process

Survey, design, install, net-metering, subsidy, AMC.

  1. 01

    Survey

Roof measured, shading logged through the day, existing board and earthing inspected.

0.5–1 day on site·Shadow log + board condition note

  2. 02

    Design

Load-calculated sizing, structure design for local wind loads and an itemised bill of materials.

    2–4 days·Single-line diagram + itemised BOM

  3. 03

    Install

Mounting, DC and AC runs, inverter, protection and earthing — executed by our own team.

2–5 days·Commissioned system, generation baseline recorded

  4. 04

    Net metering

DISCOM application, meter change and inspection coordination until the bidirectional meter is live.

    3–8 weeks (DISCOM-dependent)·Live bidirectional meter

  5. 05

    Subsidy

PM Surya Ghar claim filed with ALMM-listed hardware references and followed until the bank credit lands.

Filed within days of commissioning·Subsidy claim tracked to bank credit

  6. 06

    AMC

Cleaning schedule, generation review against the commissioning baseline, board thermal check.

Ongoing, scheduled visits·Written AMC with response times

04 / Specification

What goes into the bill of materials, and why.

Modules

Standard we specify

ALMM-listed panels, IEC 61215 / IEC 61730 certified

Why it matters

Keeps the subsidy file eligible and rules out cells that fail early in heat.
Inverter

Standard we specify

IEC 62109 safety compliance, MPPT, written warranty terms named in the quote

Why it matters

The inverter is the part most likely to need service — the warranty terms matter more than the price.
DC cabling

Standard we specify

IS 694 / IEC 62930 solar-grade DC cable, UV- and heat-resistant

Why it matters

Roof-run DC cable sees direct sun for years; ordinary house wire embrittles and cracks.
AC protection

Standard we specify

Schneider / Legrand / Havells-class MCB, isolators and SPD at the AC combiner

Why it matters

Isolates the inverter safely for service and protects it from grid-side surges.
Earthing

Standard we specify

IS 3043 earthing, dedicated pit for the array structure and inverter body

Why it matters

A leakage fault on an ungrounded array frame is a shock hazard, not just an inverter trip.
Mounting structure

Standard we specify

Hot-dip galvanised structure rated for 120 kmph local wind class

Why it matters

Marathwada gets seasonal high winds; an under-rated structure is the most common failure on rooftops.
Net meter

Standard we specify

DISCOM-approved bidirectional meter, sealed at commissioning

Why it matters

Export credit only accrues once the meter and paperwork are accepted by the DISCOM.

05 / Why us

Why solar work goes wrong — and how we avoid it.

Sized on your bill, not a brochure

Twelve months of consumption and a real shadow log decide the kW figure. Oversizing sells; it does not pay back.

ALMM-listed hardware only

Modules and inverters from the approved list, named in the quote, so the subsidy file cannot be rejected on hardware.

The wiring gets checked first

Generation added to a weak board or untested earthing is how inverters die. We assess before we quote.

06 / Continue the current

The rest of the spine.

02 / ELECTRICAL

Electrical Contracting

The spine of the building: wiring, distribution boards, earthing, protection.

03 / INDUSTRIAL

Industrial & Commercial

Three-phase installations for sheds, workshops, showrooms and plants.

04 / LIGHTING

Lighting Solutions & Maintenance

Lighting that is planned for lux and lifespan — and kept running after handover.

07 / Next step

A free survey, then honest numbers.
