Electrical Contracting

The half of the job most solar companies ignore: the wiring, the board and the earthing that everything else depends on.

01 / Scope

What we actually do on site.

1.1

Load calculation

Circuit-by-circuit load schedule with diversity, so cable sizes and breaker ratings match reality and future additions.

1.2

Distribution boards

Neatly dressed boards with correctly rated MCBs, RCCB protection, labelled circuits and torqued terminations.

1.3

Wiring

Concealed or conduit wiring in ISI-marked cable, with proper looping, junctioning and separation of power and signal runs.

1.4

Earthing

Earthing pits installed and resistance-tested, with equipotential bonding for solar, pumps and heavy appliances.

1.5

Fault finding

Systematic tracing of tripping, leakage and voltage-drop complaints — measured, not swapped by guesswork.

1.6

Testing and handover

Insulation resistance, polarity, earth continuity and RCD trip tests recorded on a handover sheet.

04 / Specification

What goes into the bill of materials, and why.

Wiring cable

Standard we specify

ISI-marked FR/FRLS copper cable, sized to the load schedule not the conduit size

Why it matters

Undersized cable is the leading cause of heat build-up and nuisance tripping years later.
Distribution board

Standard we specify

Metal or FR-PVC enclosure, correctly rated bus-bar, spare ways left for future circuits

Why it matters

A board built to today's exact load has nowhere to go when you add an AC or a solar inverter.
Protection

Standard we specify

Schneider / Legrand / Havells-class MCB per circuit plus an RCCB on the incomer

Why it matters

The MCB protects the wire from overload; the RCCB protects the person from leakage — they do different jobs.
Earthing

Standard we specify

IS 3043 earthing pits, resistance-tested, with equipotential bonding to all metal enclosures

Why it matters

An earth fault has nowhere safe to go without a tested, low-resistance path back.
Switches & sockets

Standard we specify

ISI-marked modular accessories rated to the circuit they sit on

Why it matters

A 6A socket wired for a 16A load is a heat source waiting for a fault.
Surge protection

Standard we specify

SPD fitted at the incomer where solar, pumps or sensitive equipment are on the same board

Why it matters

A single lightning-induced surge can take out every appliance on an unprotected board.

05 / Why us

Why electrical work goes wrong — and how we avoid it.

Measured, not swapped

Tripping and leakage complaints are traced with instruments and a load schedule — not by replacing parts until it stops.

IS-standard workmanship

Correct ratings, proper terminations, tested earthing — the parts nobody photographs.

A handover sheet you keep

Test readings written down, circuits labelled, so the next electrician inherits a documented installation.

06 / Continue the current

The rest of the spine.

01 / SOLAR

Solar Solutions

Rooftop generation designed against your actual load, not a brochure size.

03 / INDUSTRIAL

Industrial & Commercial

Three-phase installations for sheds, workshops, showrooms and plants.

04 / LIGHTING

Lighting Solutions & Maintenance

Lighting that is planned for lux and lifespan — and kept running after handover.
